It would be my pleasure to nominate Devon Alexander for FISH of the month for June! Devon has been a tremendous leader in the CE Department over the last several months. Devon is always the first one here, and the last to leave. Sometimes I wonder if she even goes home!

This year, Devon has been the lead in Discovery College. Taking on the task of Discovery College has added a lot to Devon's already plentiful responsibilities. Just by watching the excitement of the kids as they are here at the college, you can see the amount of time, energy, and excitement that Devon has put into recruiting instructors and organizing the program in such a way to ensure fun for all.

The CE staff has been down a position for several months and Devon has stepped up and taken on the phones, filing, and registration in order to relieve her staff. Not only has she worked her tail off, but she always has a smile on her face!

When Devon is away from the office, she does wonderful marketing for the college and is VERY active in the community. We even have a Devon Wall of Fame in our break room that shows the incredible amount of energy she spends in the community. She is a wonderful representation of Lone Star College-Kingwood everywhere she goes!

Devon is the essence of fish and fully deserves the recognition of being June's fish of the month!
