Arts and Humanities - Grace O. Dada
| BIOGRAPHY Grace O. Dada currently serves as the Division Coordinator and as the Dean's Assitant for the art, drama, interior design, and music departments. She assists in awarding scholarships, planning division meetings and maintaining order in the division. She is also the assistant sponsor of the African American Student Association at Lone Star College - Kingwood.
Ms. Dada has an Associates of Science from Lone Star College - Kingwood. This summer she plans to complete her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and begin her Masters in the Spring of 2009. Ms. Dada was born in Ibadan, Nigeria, but moved to the United States early in life. A former trumpet player, she now sings at weddings as a soloist and is the praise and worship leader at her church. She is also the founder of a gospel group called Serenity Psalms 147 Min. and sings at various churches with the group. In her spare time, Ms. Dada enjoys playing basketball. |
