KC Resource Development & Grants

Resource Development and Grants Administration department works for the benefit of Lone Star College-Kingwood, Lone Star College System, and its community. The staff works in collaboration with faculty and staff in procuring additional external grants to develop and launch new and innovative programs and services in education for its students. The staff also develops and maintains strong relationships with donors throughout the business, civic, and foundation communities to increase funding for scholarships to assist some of our neediest students. The department collaborates closely with its community stakeholders to leverage resources in seeking external funding to support the community’s educational mission. The staff seeks to heighten community awareness of the mission and accomplishments of our campus while supporting the goals and values of Lone Star College System.
