Kudos to Lone Star College-Kingwood for winning one first place and two honorable mention awards from the National Council of Instructional Administrators (NCIA)! We know we are doing a lot of great things, but are often too busy to write them up and submit them to various organizations for recognition. However, this past November we submitted six of our fantastic initiatives to the NCIA. To win awards in three out of five categories is phenomenal! Each category had hundreds of submissions from colleges across the nation. Lone Star College-Kingwood previously won a first place category several years ago for the Respiratory Care research course. Please see the details below just sent by NCIA.
