Tools for Teaching Module
Tools for Teaching Classes begin monthly. Please contact the program for specific dates and times.
Lone Star College-Kingwood is offering a new teaching module called Tools for Teaching. The Tools for Teaching Module is a 14 hour course developed by Dr. Fred Jones. The design and strategies are excellent to prepare all teachers for designing their classroom to minimize discipline problems and maximize instruction. The Tools for Teaching module will also address specific strategies on how to deal with disruptive behaviors. With these tools any teacher can become more confident and effective as an educator.
This module is a new component of the Teacher Certification Program at Lone Star College-Kingwood and will be open to all educators in the community. It is strongly recommended for all Teacher Certification students.
