2005-2007

Session 1: The Leader in Each of Us

Today, organizations face a host of challenges, many of which were not visible even a few years ago. One of the key methods for responding to these new challenges is to make leadership the responsibility of everyone in the organization. This is an awareness workshop that defines what is common to leadership roles regardless of the individual’s specific assignment or position in the organization.

Work often comes from many sources, and managers must step in from time to time and help people answer two questions: What should be my high-priority responsibilities? and: How will I – and others – know how well I’m performing them? This workshop helps people prioritize their work according to key results. Participants learn an approach that helps them formulate clear goals, add objective terms so they can verify results, and limit goals to those with high payoffs.
