Types of Financial Aid
The Student Guide 2006-2007 is a comprehensive resource on student financial aid from the U.S. Department of Education. The Guide is updated each year and thoroughly explains the programs and process of applying for financial aid. Federal and State regulations may change regularly, so please review this page for updates.
In addition to contacting Lone Star College-Kingwood's Financial Aid Department with questions, you may also contact your high school guidance counselor, the aid officer at the school that you plan to attend or the Federal Student Aid Information Center toll free at 1.800.433.3243 (1.800.4FED.AID). Please keep in mind that you must apply for financial aid each year.
