    LSC-Kingwood's Continuing Education program offers day, evening and online courses in real estate to meet state education requirements with an extensive schedule of real estate core classes being offered this summer.

  • Get Excited about Reading and Writing

    Getting your kids excited about reading and writing and teaching them the fundamentals to be successful is the goal of two classes at Lone Star College-Kingwood's Discovery College. Discovery College offers many courses for children ages 6 through 14. Courses run Monday through Friday and change weekly. Sessions start at $85.     You're sure to recognize and love the music in the upcoming concert Stage, Screen and Swing presented by the Kingwood Pops Orchestra (KPO) on Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24, 2008. Both performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Nathaniel Center on Russell Palmer Road in Kingwood.

    Dr. Linda Stegall, Lone Star College-Kingwood president for the past eight years was recently honored with the Michael C. Bennett Lifetime Achievement Award from Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
