Facilities Management is a two-year program leading to an Associate of Applied Science degree in this highly-regarded industry. The program, while housed within Lone Star College-Kingwood's Interior Design curriculum, is made up of both design and business-related classes.
The Student
Facilities management students are from a variety of backgrounds. They may be young or older, new or returning, full-time or part-time. In addition, facility management students may enter the field with degrees in business administration, architecture, engineering, construction management, or environmental, interior or technical design.
